Does the pure acai berry product actually work?
i ordered a free trial
but i want the opinion of other people
does it actually work and if so how long will it take to lose weight?
and can you guys recommend any other fast weight loss product or diets?
I wondered the same thing, but...
when I recently ordered it online I paid $3.97 for a sample bottle and no where on the website did it say that in 21 days I was going to be charged $80 for what they sent. And when they automatically billed my credit card I was upset because there was no disclaimer and to get my refund I had to pay an extra $6 to return the product. So, after all this I never had the chance to try it... My bank (BofA) said that this is a common scam and that their fraud department is trying to help people with this problem because Acai Berry suppliers end up billing your cc monthly but then never send the product after the first time. Thankfully the bank refunded my money immediately.
As far as diets go, I have had great success with drinking at least 8 bottles of water a day and power walking for 45 minutes. I lost at least 30 pounds from basically detoxing with the water and then burning the calories off with walking. Counting calories can work well and for serious dieter's it's best to keep your daily intake to 1200 at the max. Models that want dramatic weight loss will do 500 calories a day... but when you are working out I feel it's ok to eat more to keep your energy up. Steamed veggies, fresh fruit and light protein with a few carbs mixed in is best.
